Prosperity Affirmation

This is an affirmation written by Christopher Ian Chenoweth of www.positivechristianity.org as part of his “Process of Advanced Prosperity”.  This should be said daily for 30 days.

I am the source of all wealth. I am rich with creative ideas. My mind abounds with new, original, inspired thoughts. What I have to offer is unique, and the world desires it. My value is beyond reckoning. What the world needs and desires, I am ready to produce and give. What the world needs and desires, I recognize and fulfill.

The bounty of my mind is without hindrance or limit. Nothing can stand in the way of my inspired creativeness. The overflowing power of God life energy overcomes every obstacle, & pours out into the world, blessing & prospering everyone, & everything through me.

I radiate blessings, I radiate creativity, I radiate prosperity, I radiate loving service. I radiate Joy, Beauty, Peace, Wisdom & Power. Humanity seeks me and rewards me. I am beloved of the world. I am wanted wherever I go. I am appreciated. What I have to offer is greatly desired. What I have to offer brings a rich reward.

Through my vision the world is blessed. Through my clear thinking & steadfast purpose, wonderful new values come into expression. My vision is as the vision of the mighty ones. My faith is as the faith of the undefeatable. My power to accomplish is unlimited.

I, in my uttermost God Source, am all wealth, all power, all productivity. I hereby declare my financial freedom, NOW and henceforth forever!

This, among other affirmations and life changes will be part of my 2018 Positive Thinking regimen.

Interviewed for Kayak Fishing Article

Last week, acclaimed author Jeffrey Weeks interviewed me for the Examiner E-zine.  Weeks’ article focuses on the growing popularity of kayak fishing and emphasizes the inexpensive nature of this exploding sport.  You can read the article here:

Carolina anglers enthusiastic about kayak fishing

Weeks also spoke with Drew Haerer and Aki Minn, two other acomplished anglers and great all-around guys. I’ve fished with Drew and Aki from time to time and they both know their stuff!

Also check out Jeffrey’s blog “A Dash of Salty”

It was a real honor and thanks to Mr. Weeks for the opportunity!

Kayak Cart Extroidinare

Needed a cart for an upcoming trip and checked at Get:Outdoors but they didn’t have one that would work with my different yaks.  Made this thing out of some scrap steel and a couple of cheap wheelbarrow tires.

Relatively simple design. Made from one 36" length of 1" box steel, one 36" length of 1" angle, 3/8" threaded rod, four 2" rings, two 16" wheelbarrow tires and two 1" box caps.

Steel rings were welded for tiedowns and to keep the boats centered.

Pins allow wheels to be removed, or they can be bolted on for stability.

Tiedowns and foldable support. Also, the cap can be removed and a tounge can be added to make a bike trailer.

Ground clearance is 10" but the center of gravity remains very low.

Once the paint is cured I'll be glueing these rubber strips to the frame.

Chances are pretty good I’ll have to add some 3″ supports on either side at the very front to accomodate my WS Ride 135’s ‘V’ hull.  I’m going to try it without the supports but that would be a simple addition.
